To check availability and/or book one of our Classic Wedding Cars please telephone 01947 841214 or 07722 032109 or go to our booking form, complete, and return it to us

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire charge is payable at the time the booking is made. The balance is payable a minimum of six weeks before the date that has been booked. Hire charges are payable in full for cancellations which take place within this six week period.

Standard Hire Fees are chargeable in the Whitby, Guisborough and Esk Valley Areas. Additional mileage/time charges may be charged for Weddings or Events, which take place outside these areas –(please enquire)

Our Standard Wedding Hire Fee includes decoration of our cars with white ribbons.

We can supply coloured ribbons of your choice for an additional charge of £10 - please state the colour required on our booking form and to avoid confusion send us a colour swatch

Our Champagne Package is available. For an additional charge of just £25 you can enjoy a bottle of chilled champagne and champagne flutes en route to your event or reception.

Our vehicles are also available for other events e.g. birthdays anniversaries etc – please enquire.

We accept no responsibility for the Hirers personal belongings, nor (save as excluded by law) for any accidents loss or damage howsoever caused whilst travelling in our vehicles.

Although all our vehicles are maintained to a high standard, occasionally mechanical or other problems can occur.

Where this happens we will do our best to provide an alternative suitable vehicle or if that is not possible we will offer you a full refund.

Our maximum liability for damages and consequential losses howsoever arising is limited to the total amount of the hire charges payable.

We retain the right to use any photographs we may take of your event for publicity and promotional purposes.
